What to include on a packing list

Shipper and consignee (bill to / ship to) details
Packing list number, date, and linked invoice reference
Package numbers, types, dimensions, and gross/net weights
Item descriptions, quantities, units, and HSN codes (India)
For export: IEC, ports, marks & numbers, country of origin
For international: EORI and consignee tax identifiers where required
